HAIR : HOW TO USE
• FOR DANDRUFF AND ITCHINESS: Add 2-3 drops of this oil to 8-10 drops of a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) and massage the scalp thoroughly. You may also add it to your shampoo; mix 2-3 drops of the oil to your shampoo and wash your hair and scalp.

For headache and muscle pain: Add 2-3 drops of the oil to a carrier oil (like Sweet Almond oil) and massage the affected area.
