- Accuracy: Ensure that all registration and profile information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to your products and services.
4. Product Listings
- Authenticity: All products listed must be 100% natural and organic, as per Happy Soul's standards.
- Accuracy: Descriptions, images, and content must be accurate and not misleading.
- Prohibited Items: Products that violate intellectual property rights or are otherwise illegal are strictly prohibited.
5. Order Fulfillment
- Timeliness: Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders.
- Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with customers regarding order status, shipping, and any potential delays.
6. Shipping Costs
We offer two shipping options:
- Shipping with Our Service: Commission fee of 30% (covers processing, closing, shipping, and handling fees).
- Shipping with Your Service: Commission fee of 25% (covers processing, closing, and handling fees).
7. Payments
- Fees: Happy Soul reserves the right to charge a commission or service fee on sales made through our platform.
- Payment Schedule: Payments will be disbursed according to the schedule specified in your seller account dashboard.
- Disputes: Any payment disputes should be reported immediately for resolution.
8. Customer Service
- Support: Provide excellent customer service and support to all customers.
- Returns and Refunds: Adhere to Happy Soul's return and refund policy, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with our standards.
9. Eligibility for Return, Replacement, and Refund
- Customers must provide feedback within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective Products: Refunds or exchanges are available for defective products, including those that are expired, damaged, or not as described on the platform.
- Refunds will not be issued for products ordered based on incorrect customer information.
- Happy Soul is responsible for processing refunds if orders are canceled or incorrect products are delivered.

10. How to Return Products
- Returns can be initiated via the customer account in the Orders section.
- Products must be in original packaging and unused.
- Customers must provide photos and an unpacking video as evidence for defective products.
- Returns are confirmed by the vendor within 4 days of initiation.
- Refunds will be processed after vendor confirmation and will follow payment gateway guidelines.
11. Refund Guidelines
Refunds will be provided through the original payment method, subject to any applicable deductions. Refund timelines will be communicated and can be tracked on the website.
12. How to Exchange Defective Products
- Exchanges are available for defective products.
- Customers must select "Return and Exchange" and provide the necessary photos and unpacking videos.
- Exchanges will be processed upon vendor approval and tracked through an exchange request number.
13. Marketing and Promotion
- Compliance: Any marketing or promotional activities must comply with Happy Soul's guidelines and applicable laws.
- Intellectual Property: Use of Happy Soul's trademarks and logos must be authorized and adhere to our branding guidelines.
14. Termination
- Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your seller account at any time by providing written notice to Happy Soul.
- Involuntary Termination: Happy Soul reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violations of these Terms and Conditions or any unlawful activities.
15. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (₹100 additional cost).
16. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
17. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided after shipment for tracking on our website or the courier’s website.
18. International Shipping
- Currently, international shipping is not available.
19. Shipping Partners
- We partner with Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post for reliable delivery.
20. Undeliverable Packages
- In the event of undeliverable packages, re-delivery charges may apply.
21. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours for resolution. A replacement or refund may be issued.
22. Limitation of Liability
Happy Soul is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to Happy Soul in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
23. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Happy Soul, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.
24. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
